As an inspirational speaker, nutritionist, fitness instructor, and certified health coach, Olivia is ready to transform the way women think about wellness and what it means to live a well balanced life both on and off the plate. Her goal is to eliminate the drama associated with food by educating, empowering, and equipping all women to make each meal #betterNOTcomplicated so they can reach and sustain their personal health and wellness goals while enjoying every day life!

 

My Story

My wellness journey began when I was 10 years old and diagnosed with IBS and spastic colitis. After spending an entire day in the hospital, the only details I can truly remember is it was Valentines Day, I was in extreme abdominal pain and discomfort, and my parents were left with little to no advice on how to care for my new health condition.

I had always been fascinated with health and wellness growing up, but I continued to struggle with being sensitive to most foods, abdominal bloating and pain, and chronic diarrhea. When I left for college, I began to really press into my health by applying what I was learning in the classroom to my lifestyle, and what I found along the way was freedom!

My Mission

I am here to say there is no quick fix or overnight magical capsule but a journey that requires motivation, a willingness to show up, and an understanding that you are WORTHY of living your best every single day!

As I coach and counsel women in their own health and wellness journey, I want to encourage you by saying you are not alone. We all struggle, and we all suffer, but it is what we choose to do with our struggles and in our suffering that truly makes us beautiful.

My Method

The Liv Well Daily Method is focused on 2 things: simplicity and realism with the female body in mind. I think it is important to be realistic knowing and understanding we are humans, and we are not perfect but also keeping nutrition simple and not over thinking it is key. I have a method that speaks to both by making each meal #betterNOTcomplicated by incorporating my Five - Thrive and activating the parasympathetic nervous system.

The Five - Thrive:

A system I have created for my clients to help them make each meal better for their bodies without overcomplicating it. I believe when we can incorporate my five food groups in each meal, our bodies begin to thrive from the inside out by turning off hunger hormones, decreasing inflammation, and experiencing food freedom without deprivation!

The 5-Thrive includes:

  • Clean Protein

  • Complex Carbohydrate

  • Healthy Fat

  • Dietary Fiber

  • Vibrant Greens

The parasympathetic nervous system / rest & digest:

I believe we operate well when our lives are balanced both on and off the plate, which is why a part of my dietary theory is activating the “rest and digest” nervous system, so our bodies can digest the food we are eating and decrease inflammation in the body by just breathing and being mentally present before each meal!
